Well 2 months since the last post on my Blackberry Moonshine lady. It will be coming in shortly, whether has held up still in the 80’s and dry as a bone, been watering every other day for 4 hours with a soaker hose since early June when the rain stopped. Haven’t gotten more than a inch total since early June.
There is about 40 buds this size, gonna be a nice harvest. Really good stuff too. It is so loaded with resin that if you lay the branch down to clean the leaves off it flattens the bud into a hard half round puck. This is gonna take forever.
@wow_arizona , no idea who sent them to you, but it wasn’t me. I only ever had one pack of the Blackberry Moonshine, I put in 10 was sent a couple extra in the pack and still have 4 beans left, but I have a bunch of DFG genetics strains, This was the very first of his seeds I got, and this one outside was a clone of one of the three I grew inside. (look a ways back in this post 3 BMS and one little autoflower. If you would like one of his best strains to try out no problem just let me know and I would be happy to send you a pack, since I got these I had some discussions with him and he told me some of his newer stuff is better than the BMS, the BMS was his very first strain and he used it to cross with a lot of other stuff. I have around 60-70 packs of his stuff, I am still using that wonderful balm you sent me for the arthritis in my hands, (thanks so much) !! When i talked to him I put down in my database which he said was the best of his strains and the effects. I got in on a lot of his buy one get 5 free sales, so I have a bunch. (He went out of business this year) Going to college to be a lawyer and no longer had the time for breeding.
Thanks Chas, they are no idea what I am going to do with all this, probably 5 lbs dry. I don’t sell have no customers and myself and all my friends are getting older and we just don’t smoke as much anymore, a joint lasts me two days if it’s good stuff lol. Plus I have another hanging right now drying, that is the same stuff, probably 3 lbs on that one, it was also a clone from a different mother, a little smaller and it’s growing space wasn’t nearly as good a spot, way less sun per day.
Thanks, it’s outrageous lol. This was a twice topped clone, didn’t put it in until the middle of June, should have waited till the middle of July. It’s 9ft wide and before it bent over was a little over 9 ft tall.
