I have a 4 x 2 tent. Have 2 sets of lights which 1 would you use or do i need a better 1 pls let me know.

If you want a bit better buds, you’ll need a light with a ppf of at least 700 I’d say. That starts in the 300 - 400W output LED fixtures. Tip: try to purchase only grow lights that are certified DLC. Stay away from the amazon crap, do your research on a brand when interested.

Did my best with 1000 watt HPS ,added CO2 and controlled climate. No exhaust fan what so ever. I pulled 4.2 pounds off one light. Sounds outrageous but true.
