OK, GNET @memberdirectory, we love a good conversation. I know we can get a bit lofty with our science talk and that’s awesome, but sometimes it’s nice to just chat about canna-stuff. This one is simple and everyone can get in on it: what were your favorite cannabis moments in 2018? Are you a Mormon who can finally get your medicine in Utah? Are you a Sooner who can grow sativas? My boss telling me “we’re getting back into the cannabis industry. I’ve signed you up for GNE.” And then almost immediately getting to write a spotlight article.
Let me follow up with my most comical: chatting with my stepdad as he begged me to mail him seeds, since he can’t get anything in Florida. Then me, telling him to get a medical card. Him then expressing his frustration of wasting $50 on “bad cbd” because he was desperate (wanting to get high is not a reason to do CBD!) and then telling me that the problem with the medical dispensaries is they don’t sell smokable bud in Florida. Ok, so that was both comical and awful, but the parents need to consult us first about this stuff! What’s going on, FL?
