Yeah i always remake all my strains seeds every 5yrs. I have a seed vault/fridge. Its specific purpose is seed storage. Its connected to a ba kup battery supply in cade the power goes out. I keep all my seeds in there. I have 39 strains i have created. I have grown out 28 of those strains and verified stability and morphology. See if you make a bunch of strains and dont test them or send them out untested then your just pollen chucking.
Im working on new strains but im also in house testing And i have a few growers around the country i trust enough to let them test my genetics.
The nice thing about me is i have a living library of cultivars i have 26 living cultivars. I can breed on the fly. And because i can not only show you the plant and how its grows i can also pull that flower off the shelf and smoke it. I can say heres the plant,heres how it looks and heres how it smokes. And i have photos of each strain from seed to weed. I always regrow my own genetics over and over for consistency and stability testing. I have had 2 of my most favorite strains tested proffesionally at a lab.
But since the last 7 strains have been kick ass! Ive been making some other crosses. While testing new ones. In fact the Pirates booty i could not get to reverse for almsot 2 yrs. I finally got it reversed. And i have been smoking that sts seeds flower and man its even better than the mother. Which i still have. So the offsprings seedling is so good im going to self it back to mom. Right now i have 3 plants in the breeding tent and 11 more in flower. I just harvested 8 plants Last week.
