CalCanabis - California Master List of Cultavtion Licenses

Happy Friday everyone…I have a real treat for everyone this afternoon from CalCannabis…but this isn’t on their website.

You are receiving this notice because you have signed up to receive weekly spreadsheets listing cannabis cultivation licensee information. The attached spreadsheet contains four reports. The first report corresponds to temporary licenses issued and lists the contact information for the temporary licensee’s Business. The second report corresponds to temporary applications that were denied and lists the contact information for the Businesses. The third report corresponds to temporary licenses issued and lists the contact information for the temporary licensee’s Designated Responsible Party (DRP). The last report corresponds to temporary applications denied and lists the contact information for the DRP.

Definitions of columns provided on reports:

Legal Business Name: Legal name of the applicant business entity as registered with the California Secretary of State, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, or local jurisdiction (NOTE: This field may be blank)
First Name & Last Name: On the Business reports, the Business contact’s first and last name is provided; on the DRP reports, the DRP’s first and last name is provided
Title: The title of the person identified in the First Name & Last Name column (NOTE: This field may be blank)
E-Mail: Provided for either the Business or the DRP
Phone Number: Provided for either the Business or the DRP
Premises Address, City, Zip: Premises Address for the business entity (NOTE: These fields may be blank)
County: Premises County for the business entity
Premises APN: Premises Assessor’s Parcel Number for the business entity
License Type: Temporary, Adult-Use Annual, or Medicinal Annual license
Type of License: Indicates what type of license was applied for or issued
Business Entity Structure: Business entity structure associated with the application or license
License Number: Application number or license number
License Status: The current status of the application or license as follows
Definitions of statuses provided on reports:

Denied: When an application does not meet the criteria for licensure, it is Denied
Active: When an application does meet the criteria for licensure it is approved and a license becomes Active
About to Expire: When an Active license is within the last 30 days prior to expiration, the status is changed to About to Expire, but the license remains Active
Inactive: When a license is no longer valid
Revoked: When an annual license has been terminated
Disqualified: When deficiencies in an application are not fulfilled or non-payment of license fees within the specified time frame
Common acronyms in the spreadsheet:

CAL: Annual Adult-Use license record

CML: Annual Medicinal license record

LCA: Annual application record

TAL: Temporary Adult-Use license record

TML: Temporary Medicinal license record

TCA: Temporary application record
