I’ll do somebody homework on dissolving or top dress. I’m leaning toward dissolving for more even distribution but not sure if it will have any negative effects mixing with the liquid nutes. I’d assume it’s safe but need to do some reading and testing. I have a hand full of clones I could test on and the mother getting too tall lol

Canna a bit deep for my pockets lol I like the idea of supporting smaller organics companies over synthetics. I wonder how that info was compiled. I’ll have to look up GreenGene

He uses the Jack’s system and for bloom his own tweeked jacks system and he grows fire but that graph he compiled with all the ratios or the 14 elements for cannabis of jack flora and others I’ll find the video and post it

@sleeperjunky All large scale hydroponic grows will use a dry nute and dissolve it into pure water. The end result will be a full strength nutrient solution. No need to add it dry nutes to wet nutes. That will cause your nutrients to be very concentrated and can cause problems like precipitation and macro/micro nutrient imbalances.

I’d say go with only wet or only dry if you’re just trying it out. If you choose to mix wet nutrients with dry you have to do a bit of research and math to make sure you’re giving the plants what they need in the right amounts.

@xgx13xgx the video from greengenes is different from what @eldindupljak posted. Greengenes did a breakdown of what ratios and concentrations of macro/micro nutrients different nutrient manufacturers offer and shows how comparable Jack’s 321 is to other nutrients that cost more and make huge claims. What @eldindupljak posted is a breakdown of how much of each macro/micro you get per dollar versus a different manufacturer. He’s sure acting like he didn’t learn how to make friends when he was a kid - still talking about how everything he has and does is the best with no empathy for others. He’s not wrong in what he’s saying, but he’s definitely an asset. Minus the et.

If you read more carefully you will see i even dont respond to that group of people , not even try to explain , and never mention most of them , however .
Here is some links why i think the excess of P is not needed , in contrary to the believe of the cannabis community with all those PK booster .
Range of 50-100 in late flowering in my opinion is just enough of P , i will forward you few links :

Ok like I said I think it was that video there are others I’ll have to find it but yes he does a break down of the 14 nutes plants need and what company has what in them I’ll find the video and put it up I thought it was that one

And yes I see that the chart was of the cost break down for each company he has that as well this youtube channel is his second channel because his first one was shut down as with a good majority of cannabis enthusiasts on youtube were several years ago

In personal opinion the one advantage dry has over wet is the simple fact that wet separates and I have to shake the shit out of it for it to mix right before you add it dry there is no need

But I personally use advanced nutrients all of which are wet that I use

@eldindupljak If you’re reply was directed at me, I replied to this bc you’re incorrect and contradicting what you’re saying. This isn’t a disagreement, this is a stating a fact which was backed with proof.
