As a flooring contractor I think the use of antibacterial and antimicrobial waterproof flooring would be ideal for this type of setting… It’s very easy to install and you can literally hose it down when cleaning and not damage the floor in anyway… It’s fairly cheap from $1.50 up to 5$ a foot for premium… Most have a 12mil wear layer with a 25year residential warranty and 10 year commercial warranty from manufacturer… Not only that but if you decide to move facilities you could literally take the floor apart and reuse it as nothing is glued down it’s what we call a floating floor… Hope this helps!
