First time grow struggling in 3rd week 12/12

Hi there. Reaching out as we are struggling it seems … plant on left looks great but plant on right in picture just not producing much anything so I am thinking it’s a hermes. Been giving 1 litre of h2o @5.5ph every 2 or 3 days and every 4th or 4th will add in some nuts … Help.!b
