that’s a good size, I would let them dry out a lil more then what your doing, reason is because you want them to stretch, and you want the root zone to maximize length in roots!

What do you mean by dry out ? Like not water them for a little bit? @slumivxx

yeah I would water heavy and allow a full day or 2 of it to dry out, not completely obviously monitor but a plant won’t eat and grow if it doesn’t have a chance to eat the food in the medium. allow them to eat to better increase growth in plant
