Man wish i was there… id help you get that sucker up and running! I enjoyed building my green house. How big is your greenhouse gonna be?? I want to make a huge greenhouse top over my entire side yard. Like how lowes has theres. My hoophouse isn’t as big as i wanted. But if i want a permanent type like lowes i need a permit and lots of money. My hoop house is like 8’ x 8’ x 12 ’ i should have turned it side ways and just went like 50’ x 25’ x 20’ but oh well. Here my small hoophouse.
Heres my first cucumber of this season.
Its 15 x 30 with a pully system light dep black out got it custom made just dont have any time to put it together but been working on it two days a week with my dad getting gravel Tuesday so i can make a level area. Still working 7 days a work at work probably for a long time

I like hoop house how’d you connect the plastic? They have this wiggle wire stuff i got seems nice so you don’t have to put holes in the plastic and makes it easy for taking it off during winter. Also love the dutch doors wish i could do that on mine!
With wiggle wire channel! its worth it and it can be bent into half circles. Keeps you from ruining the plastic and it can be installed and removed easy.
I used these snap clamps to hold the plastic while i pulled it tight.

I use this 12 mil thick film its crazy extreme strong. Ive had it up for 4yrs and it can handle some serious snow weight! Shit you could live in my green house as long as you have a swamp cooler you should be ok.

it’s possible you’re not seeing as much top growth because your pots are pretty big- the roots are working hard to try to fill a large space

Man my dad totally screwed up my greenhouse. Tried arguing with him the structure isnt straight nor squared but he decided to pour cement on all the ground tubes.fml.
Damn cement why? Everything else is looking great.
Because he has to do his way. He knows everything better than anyone f***ing old man lol. He wont do it the proper way, the guy who built it for me sent me video instruction. And he wouldnt even follow step one 
. Im too busy with working everyday to really put in my share of the effort. So he just did what he wanted when i wasn’t there to argue it. Again he screwed it up. I called the guy and he said if i sent him videos he could try to help me work through it. Just gotta have time.
Theres a way out of it man dont worry. It looks like the hoops get shorter as the go to the left? If so you can cut the poles and use a fence swedged end connector to fix it. Find out you measurements cut the poles down low like knee high. Take the swedge pole or swedge end connector extender. Make the correction with the swedge length. Self tapping screws on the sides of the poles and not where the plastic is going to touch the frame. And it might wiggle a little dont freak out. The top rail with clamps will keep it solid. Lol dads are serious pains in the ass when there old! My dad was a trouble maker right up until he died. He was always being funny, goofing off, and being an irresponsible ass. I swear he raised me and i unraised him. I mean you start off as a baby and go out like an old baby lol. What kind of base does it have? Like are you making a simple box frame base around the poles?
Thank you for all the advice. Really appreciate it as always @PreyBird1. But its come to the conclusion that neither my dad or i could put this together without professional help. So i called around lowest quote 5000 highest was 7500 done in a day apparently the best around according to the guy who built for me. Well i couldn’t afford either one lmao. So luckly my ladys uncle was like build your dream front back yards landscaper gardener guy whos gonna help me for 20/hr. I was about to hit up here and find if anyone on here is from oregon? And knows how to build greenhouses? So my dad could sit this one out and didn’t have to do any of the work as again I’m working 7 days aweek running a bakery. But i might just do this with my ladys uncle. I know he knows what hes actually doing and talking about. Hes an amazing grower aswell just hasn’t had the chance or place to grow. I offered him to grow here awhile back but he wasnt set up at the time i will definitely have to remind him the opportunity still stands.
