I don’t recall where I saw it, but Slym3r asked what to change. I think it would be great to have a small tutorial on how the site works when you first log in. A few pix and some text to show how to do things here. Set it up with the little badges for doing stuff. That would be perfect, and everyone would know how it works from day one. It would take 10 minutes once to walk thru it.
Just an idea.
