Had a massive :man_facepalming: moment the other dayā€¦

I havenā€™t had any luck rolling anything by hand for about a month now. Every time I tried it was worse. At first it just pissed me off, but it got to where I quit trying because it was getting me down. I know that may sound weird over something so trivial, but thatā€™s my routine when I need some time smoking by myselfā€¦ I roll one up by hand and go outside for a little while. Not being able to roll was effing up my decompression and that got to me.

Then the other day I realized whatā€™s going on. Itā€™s from my damn job! My hands are swollen and stiff from the bs theyā€™ve had me doing. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Just doesnā€™t have the same effect. :man_shrugging: Rolling forces me to calm down and focus on something other than the stressor. Then when I smoke, I donā€™t have to keep relighting.
