Hi there. Starting a harvest of my Auto Purple Stilton. Main cola has some amber tris which are where I want to stop it. On the lower part of the plant the buds are still fresh looking with whites hairs.
Question - does anyone ever do a partial cut? Top down and let the lower buds continue to ripen?

@rockandrides. Lots of folks do a partial harvest.
But please post a pic of the whole plant.
All white pistils on lowers sounds like you may have some more time but a pic will tell for sure.

Yes. Ed rosenthal alwasy says never harvest any bud until ready. Lot of the time i take the tops because there done and the rest are not.
Thats a technique used for sativas and sativa leaning hibryds mostly or if you don’t know how to train a plant it can help too
