So I just harvested my female plant that I crossed. What do I do with the seeds? Can I pop them instantly or Is there a certain procedure I go through to make sure they are viable ?

Seeds needs to ripen between 21-30 days. Let them dry too or they will mold. If they came from a hermied plant they will have a tendency to hermie as well

Yeah I let them ripen for about that duration. So now just let them dry and they’ll be good to germinate? Also some are like a white color and most are brown with black stripes. Do I toss the white ones out?

Nope. Some seeds are just that color. They can b just as good or better. Congrats.
