As long as you draw the proper vacuum, and check numbers, you’ll do fine.

Do you know what level ov vacuum I need to pull I thought it was full vacuum

What are manufacturer recommendations? Some are 400 microns at 15hg, and some are 1000 microns.

I have read that higher vacuum is ok but not lower

No idea. My knowledge there is limited to watching someone do it a couple of times. But “full vacuum” doesn’t mean the system is clean, just that it’s under vacuum. I’m pretty sure the significance there is that longer vacuum pump runs the less any foriegn matter will be moving.

We use mini split to cool our server room. It’s kind of a big deal to us, so we specify that system must be evacuated, purged with inert gas, and then put under vacuum again before charging.

I have nitrogen/CO2 wine saver I use for my jars for curing and storage that should do the trick nicely
