Here I grow again

I’ve always run mine under negative pressure, IMHO easier to get excess heat out of the top when pulling.

I don’t think mine is one way or the other. neg/pos. I have my fan set to run on 1 as the minimum, and it never goes above that even now like today, it was one degree warmer outside the tent than inside the tent, and it still didn’t get warm enough to go above the min setting of 1. AC controller and fan.

The reason is the cool mist humidifier in order to keep the humidity up to 70% for my VPD cools the tent down before the fan ever needs to come on, but at 1 I have a steady flow of fresh air. I sure don’t need a set of those poles to keep the sides of the tent from caving in, …oh and my zipper is broke so the whole bottom horizontal part of the door isn’t zipped up. It’s in my coal room so I have no problems with light leaks.

i know that isn’t any help Hap.

Coal room? Love it! My parents old farm house had a coal shoot and an old coal burner when we moved in back in the late 80tys.

I always run negative pressure also. And i position my filters above the lights to get the heat out fast. I even scrafice 14" of grow space to make sure i have the filters above the lights. Then i leave the bottom of the tent door unziped completely. Because the way i have to have the grow tents positioned in my space you cannot use the side vents on tents. Because ones against the wall and the other is right up against that tent. So the door bottom unzipped works great.

Yeah I bought this house in the early 70’s for $15, 000. $5000 down and paid off in two years. Lived all around the country rented it and my mom sold her house and lived here for around 5-8 years. Then I came back to St. Louis and been here since.

I took the old coal chute out and put in a homemade triple pane window, but the tent is in front of the window so it is black as pitch in there even during the day if you close the door, I have a louvered vent in the door and there was already a hole in the concrete wall on the basement side, had to chisel it out a little to get a 6" vent tube through it. No idea why it had a hole unless it was for ventilation of the coal dust, but that doesn’t make sense either as it would put the dust in the basement. One of those mysteries. Maybe they had an exhaust fan going out the window next to the coal room ?? It’s also my computer room. It’s 16 feet long and 8 ft wide.

Very cool! My lung room is also my server room lol, keeps the air warm in the winter but I’m certain the electronics don’t like the humidity, try and keep it between 50-55 RH in my lung room.

I don’t run filters. I’m in a 8 x 12 tough shed. I don’t have to worry about smell. It has an 18,000 BTU mini split on it, so climate control in a room is fairly easy. My problem has always been light leaks. Going in when you shouldn’t and things like that. So I’m putting tents to resolve that. I just need faster airflow. More volume. I’m going to try pressure cause it seems to me in my circumstance putting pressure in, it can be vented anywhere. Idk… let’s find out.:+1:t3:
It won’t take long to find out.

Yep, Just a bit overdue. I’ve been preoccupied the last few weeks. And haven’t been spending much time with them. Yesterday morning I gave them a fairly heavy trim. Forgot to take a picture. I go out this morning to open the tent and take a picture for you And it looked like they all grew back. That’s probably cause I took five clones of most of these plants yesterday. One of them didn’t have enough branches and I could only get three. And another just four branches.(trying a couple of different things just for kicks) anyways, here they are this morning.

The plants Above and below were all planted at the same time. The ones below were not thriving. So I just stuck them out on a table in the rain a month ago. I threw a little nutrients at them and water every once in a while when they got dry. Two of them were regulars, They are both female. One of them look like it was dead so I threw it on top of the drum upside down a week or so ago. I’m walking by yesterday and I see this.

So I turned it over and started giving it nutrients and watering it same as the other rejects.

The next couple of pictures is all the rejects together. The plant in the first picture was planted at the same time as every plant in this post. It’s gonna hit the bin pretty quick. The last picture is the four living rejects. Two on the left are the regulars. :v:t3:

Yep, very resilient.

They call it “weed” for a reason, cannabis has tenacity to thrive regardless of circumstance. Looking good!

Yeah right up until you get that special cut, and it’s the only one you have…then you baby it as best you know how and it dies anyway lol.
