How many $$$ you spend on electricity in California with PG&E per LBS?

I am interested how many dollars $ the Cannabis Indoor Facilities they spend on electricity/lights per LBS using PG&E , and what will be the TIER with lowest rate , any informations from Californian growers ?

You.need to be on a time of use plan, tiered plans will murder you. I pay 2400 a month for a 21kw grow plus a 4200w veg room, air cooled .

3800 a month for an air cooled 30000 watt grow with a 7kw veg room. All on time of use plans
