Yep thrip kill it fast its been busy.
Here is the damage its done and its going go down hill in 6 days really bad.
If you flip that leaf over and use a magnifying glass im positive you’ll see the eggs its already laid.

I would that will kill the adults. Longer there alive = more eggs
@PreyBird1 well spent the last 2.5 hrs bringing the plants out of the tent and inspecting every leaf and stalk of every plant and literally pulled every thrip and egg i could find off by hand. Then I shook the shit out of them out side and hit them all with compressed air. Gonna clean the tent and get them back in before lights out. Hopefully this helps keep them at bay till I can get some spray.

Nice that will help a lot. I got hit with gnats, thrips and mites all at once bro. You have no idea how much weed i threw out and i cut down 60 plants. But i got my best clones off them 1st. I just cleaned up everything and steralized and started over. I wipe the walls floors ceilings of my tents fown with bleach water and hydrigen poroxide. Works great.now i water in an ipm systemic pesticide now and pyrine sprays. Zero bugs now.
When I checked on them this morning I only noticed 2. I’m sure there are more. But the i festation doesn’t seem to bad. I formulated a plan of attack for today. Its in another thread I just posted if you wanna check it out tell me what you tjink
