How to train autoflowers

Can i get info on how to train autos for a bigger yield. i have a plant that i believe is ready to be trained. I know that there is low stress training but i have seen a few diffrent ways. If anyone has photos please post. thank you. do you guys recommend the photo below? i seen a plant where they do not bend the main stem and just train the branches to where they do not block the light to the lower branches.

The pictures you have are a good way to train your plant’s @igonz22. The main thing you want to do when lst is to open up all your plants lower growth to as much light as possible. There’s no wrong way to do it, just a thousand different ways to grow.

Like Tygrow says your pictures are good, @igonz22 autoflowers doesn´t like stress, my best results with them is a mix of next 2 photos.
