Huge fan Leaf!

Have 2 Biscottis growing, both completely different!!
One has these super huge fan leaves, and growing strait up even after topping.
The other is a beast! Bushing out like crazy!
Both have had the same of everything
Is there an explanation??
Or is this like the spots on puppys? (All the same breed, different spots)

Importantly they are both looking good. One might just be a slow grower. You will see it starting to bush up soon, 3 nice growth nodes on the little one. Maybe start considering what you will be doing with the bushy one ,you growing indoors, you scrogging or tying down?

Indoors yes… Im pretty sure scrogging, last grow tying down branches required wayyyyy to much attention.
