Hello everyone, my name is Rachel England! Pleased to meet you.
A bit about me:
I have a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, during my time as a candidate I specialized in Integrated Pest Management. I began my journey with pest management working as a Field Entomologist, which has provided me a strong background in pest identification, rearing and control.
My journey into cannabis began when I was hired by Tweed (Canopy Growth Corp) to be their Integrated Pest Management Specialist. My time at Tweed was both enlightening and extremely valuable. I was tasked with creating an Integrated Pest Management program for the company. I spent a great deal of time, trial and error in order to determine what were the makings of a great IPM program in an unprecedented crop. Through this work I went on to train others to manage this plan and be very involved in laboratory testing and creating the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure a successful future at Tweed.
Now, I am a consultant with Koppert Biological Systems, where I will maintain an active role in this industry.
I look forward to some enlightened discussions with everyone and am very happy to have a platform to get to know other industry professionals!

Hey Daan,
We are in Fort Collins and Garden City, Colorado. We made a full switch over to Gavita early last year (if memory serves) and haven’t looked back. If you are ever in our neck of the woods, I’m sure that we could organize a tour.

My name is Kwame, with several years experience with the plant personally and professionally, I have partnered with long time friend to start North West CPA. We are a CPA practice specializing in compliance and taxes for canna-businesses in the Oregon. Helping businesses navigate through the tax implications of 280e. Prior to that I had several years running an OMMP grow facility with indoor and greenhouse growing that I started with my brother. Whom has also ventured to start Minority Cannabis Association which helps minorities and women break into the legal market. A segment of the population that has been disproportionately negatively affected by cannabis prohibition laws.

Invite your brother to join us, we strongly believe in the mission of the Minority Cannabis Association and it would be great to have their representation in our community. Hello Everyone! Looking forward to following your posts to see what areas of concern you may have regarding products, warnings, premises, growing process and things I do not even know about (in which I am sure there are many). I have spent the last year expanding my litigation practice to include cannabis law and I look forward to answering questions and perhaps providing litigation needs. But most of all, I am here to continue to learn the nuances of this business.
