Well, moving forward the next question is how dirty do you want to get your hands vs having it done for you?

But before you answer please pick up a 6’ length of 1" pvc pipe, drill & tap 16 holes (8 opposing, evenly spaced leaving 2" at each end), and insert 1/4" quick-connect fittings (no more than 1 thread visible inside the pipe and requiring a wrench to snug-fit), and see how that feels especially considering how many total will be required. Reminder: time is a factor and you have other stuff to do.

Also, if you crack the pipe or one doesn’t land properly you have to start over.

Where are you going to buy that for the length of each table? That’s only one custom component.

I’d prefer to use the same equipment that’s been used in indoor drip feed agricultural for the last 30 years with pretty good success. Why wouldn’t I just use a regular manifold?

What do you mean by “regular manifold”?

Your first question about pump selection can only be answered after the irrigation design and component selection.
