I wanted to reach out to our members and see if anyone has information regarding how individuals in the industry who are Canadian Citizen working/ Living in the U.S. with a Green Card go back and forth. Do you have any issues with this or have experienced issues with this?

One of the standard Border crossing questions is whether you have EVER used cannabis.
If you answer YES, even if 20 years ago in college, the US Border Patrol will not only bar your entrance but list you so you will be flagged on future attempts at crossing.
This is a particular problem in the Vancouver / Seattle corridor where both cities are cannabis friendly but the Feds at the Border are applying draconian rules.
