Crazy world we are living in. Got my first psycho therapy session today. I feel really awful lately. Can’t handle even basic daily stress. Gotta to visit my narcologist as well. Sick sad world…

It all sounds stressful 
i would say good luck to becoming up stressed. I did therapy for 1yr and it got me into a routine but im still as backwards mentally from the start with more indoctrination from the sessions . I dont know it all seems like a circus to me.

Sometimes I feel that it all pointless, and I will never be ok again. I’ll just give it a try… Anyways my insurance covers it…

How did it go?
It can be a waste of insurance 
they see and treat the symptoms but dont address the problem thats what ive noticed. 8yrs on and off meds, if i didnt take breaks and detox my liver and kidneys would be done in and then they’ll give me something to address that while shrinking my brain all the same.

I feel you. That is what regular psychiatrist usually do. They cure symptoms but problem. Thanks god I’ve got a badass insurance. It covers 30 visits a years, which sounds like enough. To be honest I’m pretty happy with that lady. We are discussing what could be a reason which makes me abuse substances. More like talks, and she’s kinda agains meds which I like. So let’s see.

Before my narcoologist would just prescribe shit lots of meds. And that all.

They just havnt the time to proper sit down and deep dive into someones head, its all comparison based and what their book tells them to prescribe. I found it funny that some medications now work for different things then what they first originated for. Just remember bro its your body. Hope it all goes well brother.
30 visits, say twice a month, 2, 1hr sessions. I just always think most thier conversations with patients are like robots same protocol on a loop with each one, it must drive them crazy never mind us lol
