LeafOps is looking for Territory Account Exectuives in Washington and Arizona who want to be a part of a team that is transforming the way dispensaries operate. There is a dire need for what we’ve built. You will be helping LeafOps find, build relationships with, and sign up new customers. You will work with the LeafOps team to ensure that our customers are successful. We are looking for candidates that are tech savvy and have experience with the cannabis industry and can communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively. Truth is dispensaries are looking for new POS software. Your job is to fulfill their need.
The primary goal of the Territory Account Executive is to generate leads, develop an account portfolio, schedule demos and meet sales quotas.
Primary duties and responsibilities
*Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close
*Generate a list of prospects through research, cold calling, dispensary visits, internet and professional networking
*Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals and overall objectives
*Educate prospects and clients about LeafOps products and services through presentations and demos
*Clearly articulate LeafOps value proposition and return on investment
*Build a large user list as a reference in the assigned geographic territory
*Collaborate and work as a team with sales management, development team and executives
*Cultivate and sustain relationship with business partner counterparts who sell and support complimentary applications and services to the point of sales systems serving the cannabis industry in your territory
*Plan, direct and support sales activities including management of the sales pipeline through HubSpot sales tool
*Ensure all targeted prospects/client contracts and engagement opportunities are recorded in HubSpot
*Involved in all phases of the sales life cycle including: identifying and developing leads, meeting with clients, developing value propositions, effectively demonstrate software with emphasis on customers specific needs, contract negotiation and closing
*Share industry, deal and sales “best practices” knowledge with other members of the sales team
*Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position LeafOps to win
*Must collaborate with Account Service and Implementation Teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
*Provide ongoing feedback
*Assist in account receivable and billing issues
*Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels
*Ability to manage sales and develop strategic plans
*Proven negotiation skills
*Experience and knowledge in cannabis industry
*Understanding of managing prospects in a CRM application
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Self motivated, creative, flexible
