Are they soggy feeling or dry? If soggy and droopy, then yeah you over watered. No biggie, just let it go a day or 2 without. If its dry and droopy, then you have a different problem.

Yes medium is damp/soggy. So just chill for a day or two? Hopefully they stay alive!!!

The pix never finished loading so I can’t see them, but they should be fine. You can skip for probably 2 days easy. They need little in the beginning. As they grow they will need more.

Do you have drain holes in the bottom of those cups? Don’t drown your plants.

You’re supposed to put the clear cups inside the red solo cups. Roots don’t like the light so they’ll keep away from the edges in the clear cup like that. Maybe you just did it for pics? They look very good imo!!!

You have a few showing signs of over watering (very bottom left of pic 3 is a good example). You need multiple drain holes in every cup. Give them a couple days to dry out and they’ll probably be fine. Seedlings don’t need much water at all. I grow in inert media which increases airflow to the roots and still only feed my seedlings smallish amounts every 3 -4 days.
