I see three things from your pictures. You transplanted into a pot hardly bigger than what you started in, and have done it three ? times now? Looking at the plant itself it looks like it is over watered, and too many nutrients. Not sure the exact makeup of the soil you are making nute wise, but it looks like it’s burned, when they are little they take next to no nutrients. . Every time you transplant it shocks the plant, and it stops growing for a bit, sometimes hardly any, and sometimes it takes 2-3 days for the plant to recover. The more you do it the more the plant reacts. That is my thoughts.
its gonna look bad before it gets better. no more touching it. leave it be for a while. you can pick the pot up and see how she weighs to see if she needs phd water. other than that leave her be for at least a week. next photo will be about a week later.
