Have the announced what they plan to use the tax revenue for? Is it going to go towards education like it does in Colorado?

Trudeau has stated revenues will be used to address public health and addictions issues.

Sounds like a good plan for it. Double-pronged approach to addiction - replace opiods with cannabis and public education and treatment with the tax revenue.
