Never fails to get my head boppin’. Best thing to come out of Florida in I don’t know how long.

And no autotune. Got to applaud that. I hate autotune. Hence why I don’t like much of the modern day hip-hop & gangsterrap. Post Malone is a good example. Bet he can’t sing without it.

Yeah Denzel Curry is in the wrong generation of rappers. He has been around for a really long time but it took the game a great deal of time to recognize him, despite his never ending skills for days.

Case and point is that Saul Williams is willing to and did collaborate!

Ok for real this time… Next time you are going to smoke, and you plan to really get high, not just smoke, but blazed right, listen to this track. It helps if you have a worthwhile sound system, and can really just let it go.

Try to time it so that your first exhale in is at 03:05

I would not steer you wrong here, this is one of the best jams to come out of the early 70’s, honestly it’s quite fucking brilliant. Take the soundtrack to Casino, Goodfellas, Blow, stack them against this one jam side by side, I promise this jam delivers!

3:06 to be exact, a classic song. Thanks for sharing.

Another phenomenal song from Roxy Music, it changes from a chaotic jam session into a groovy melody at 1:21 and is honestly one of my favorite tracks any time

Including young, very serious David Hasselhoff on the Maracas.

I think I will be listening to a lot more Roxy Music in the future, classic track and have not heard it. The lead singers voice is very similar to Mick Jagger. Thanks for sharing, hooked.

They were art school drop outs, just like Talking Heads, but I feel that musically there is more material to digest in Roxy Music, where as Talking Heads keeps their worth in the ideas and not so much the creativity. Two different approaches to art, both are rock and roll, I love both bands. Roxy Music is a lot of material that evokes emotion and can be related to by anyone as music is a universal language.

The track above, Mother of Pearl, is a surprise song in the movie SLC Punk, shortly after Heroin Bob’s funeral. It’s just such an awesome track, takes me off to somewhere else.
