I did the same for my bf! He was able to get one the first day it was available for his age group (60+). We were on pins and needles waiting, watching all the naysayers NOT getting the vaccine while we were JONESING for it!! Made us crazy. We went a couple of days early to get our second shot and now we are anxiously awaiting the boosters. My daughter got vaccinated early b/c she is a teacher but her boyfriend was a dick and wouldn’t until she threatened him with not taking him to Hawaii with her. My bestie was vaccinated VERY early b/c she works at a hospital. My son got vaccinated as soon as his age group opened (27). I just don’t get not getting the vaccination!! I’ll never understand this mindset.

I just found out that an elderly friend of mine who was at a yard party I went to on Saturday, who is fully vaccinated, has Covid. Sigh. Damn, will this ever end? Luckily I never crossed the yard to say hi and feel safe enough but the host sat with him and hey all jammed on the porch close together. Ugh.

Right?? LOL … or running to doctor for std testing. Ack!!

Liked I just told my bf and bestie. This is so EFFED up!

Hey hey everyone. New here. I’m currently in the research stage worm hole for cannabis grows in the southwest US. I’m currently residing in Florida. I have a bazillion questions. Cannabis user for years, I absolutely love everything about the plant. I also have a recent infatuation with gardening in general. The two passions have lead me here.

I’m back and forth on how I want to approach this. A few things to consider… I’m not looking to grow massive amounts of pot. Starting out, maybe a plant or two. It’s fuckin hot where I live, but I do want to grow outdoor if possible to start. The indoor set up just isn’t the most discreet in my opinion, I don’t have a ton of room and it would probably have to go in the garage, also hot and humid.

Im looking for the slightest push in the right direction. I appreciate the time!

I’m in west palm mi amigo…ask away. I grow in a van down by the river…lol practically!!! A Hot ass shed out back - I built a 5x4 inside the shed with a window Shaker in it. Plus I run a 6" exhaust fan and dehumidifier during flower. Growing reg photos outdoors down here is only possible in the summer season. You can grow autos outside 365 days a year down here …the drawback outdoors down here is 100% humidity year around. It is a bitch… OH and btw - I dig the username my Floridian Growmie!

Awesome! Thanks my friend! I do have a perfect shed out back. I would have to get an AC built on it. So you have a tent inside the shed? With the exhaust and dehumidifier attached to the tent? Not the shed right? Only thing stabilizing the environment in the shed is the AC for temperature? Does the exhaust need to run outside the shed or only outside the tent?

Also, in the winter, could I use the shed (with a tent inside) without the A/C?

I built a room, drywall!!! No tent for moi but you could for sure, it would work. I needed hard walls for hanging tools and a tent would get beat up I think. And yes AC and exhausted. My ac runs 24/7 even in our winters… lol
Flash I ended up with 2 tubs of budder… :yum: I made 2 pounds…

No :martial_arts_uniform: :older_woman:

He probably just let it steep for longer. And, also, greener usually means more ā€œgreen mattersā€ in your butter. You can have it perfectly yellow and be as potent… it’s all in the steep times and how you remove the weed from your butter… imo…

thanks kap! i followed the instructions off of youtube. i used my instapot.

You can make it as strong or as weak as you need it too. More weed/ longer steep times will make it stronger… and don’t forget to add lecithin… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Yup…I said somewhere up there also that I squeeze my cheesecloth dry…lol I like the taste and it all goes in my coffee just about anywho. Squeeze = plant matter = green = dark. I’m sure that’s how the formula goes. I’ve been doing math homework with my boy every night. He is definitely his mother’s kid w math. They both just don’t get it. A rug has 49 square feet and he can’t remember how to solve for area. Let alone the difference between √49 or 7 squared… I’m going to have to work with him on a multiplication quiz this weekend. He’s gonna be mad but the worst part is his mom will be on his side. With a ā€œjust give him some.timeā€ ā€œyour being hard on himā€ …grrrr my prick old man made me do up to 13’s to be an ass and that was well before 7th grade. I do thoroughly enjoy it though…lol math is like a brain teaser, trying to figure out a puzzle with an absolute answer I find. I don’t want to make it sound like I’m beating the kid LoL. The trick for me is to get baked before I deal with him. Though… :sunglasses:
