Also to answer that other question you mite of had - Im removing the dishwasher that the stain came from and replacing drywall and baseboard also before reinstalling it back. I quoted him $1500 for the workā¦ No materials included. Heās penthouse baby!!
What about something like this, bottom matches wall and the rest matches floor? You can wrap that beam a bit too and kind of blend it into the background.
Iām really only concerned with the floor for now. No leftover materials I wishā¦ hardwood repairs are pretty simple. I use to do a shit load at the Bed bath and beyond stores with my old gig. Some of the Marshalls had wood too that would get warped at the front doors. We started just putting carpet squares on a walk off mat at the entrances.
hey rock i used Greased lightning on a wood floor once that lifted the stains. full strength, swamped it and let it sit. little scratch with 220 and restained. Good luck. i was thinking if you cut out the wood underneath and tiled it wouldnt the transition be a pain if you used barstools?
They are warped too with like up to 1/4" gap between a couple and recessed some away from the edgesa little. I wonder if some of the lighter stain that is outside the box would come out? How ya been PTā¦ that stands for Part time Trishā¦ LoL
