Sure! It’s helpful to compare to other molecules in this case, and the closest approximations are sugars and Benzene. Pictured below is THC.
They’re likely going to be around the 0.001 Micron size. This is a logarithmic scale though, so probably a little under that. Now bear in mind that molecules can rotate around their bonds. The long chain at the end will spin and twist, making its size unreliable. The benzene rings, however, will not spin nearly as much.
