Generations. The number after the letter indicates the number of generations it’s been bred for improvements. So these seeds are the F1 generation. When I pheno hunt these and breed my keepers, those seeds will be F2s.

Who knew … bonsai pot plants were a thing. LoL good things come in small packages I’ve heard. She is absolutely gorgeous…I think that deep potplant purple is just phenomenal. Maybe subliminally because it brings joy but it’s a deep beautiful color.

The purple was a first for me with this strain. I’m hoping it wasn’t a fluke, because I LOVE it! I changed my mind about the pheno name. I’m calling this the Royal Velvet pheno. Up close with the trich coverage and purple on the sugar leaves, they look like dark purple velvet.

A quick check on the new seed showed that it has sunk to the bottom of the shot glass and has a tiny little white tap root sticking out. Not bad for less than 12 hours. I’ll pull it out of the shot glass tonight and depending on the size of the tap it will either go in a paper towel or go in media.

My phone’s being a pain in the ass tonight and wouldn’t focus worth a damn, so I didn’t get any pre-harvest pics, but Pris got the chop tonight. I managed to get one halfway decent picture of the handful of nugs I wet trimmed. She’s sticky sticky and decently dense. And that was a bottom branch.

Still a lot of lemon coming from Chantilly, but as she dries she’s getting a little more of that weird blueberry dumpster juice funk that combines with the lemon for a little hint of bubblegum.

I have no idea how it works out, but the normal profile for these Poison Breaths is a mix of lemon, skunk, blueberry, and some funky dumpster juice smell, that somehow mix to smell like classic bubblegum. This one has more lemon and almost no skunk.

I wasn’t thinking about it and went out there squeezing on drying buds before work this morning. Got busy with everything else before I left and forgot to wash my hands. Got half way to work, reached up to smooth my beard and I was like “WOO! Forgot I messed with plants this morning. Good morning, danky funk.”

This is the kind of shit that turns me off of certain strains and breeders… Be proud of your work. Promote yourself. But don’t get it twisted. In 2 more years the only buzz left around Runtz will be what they’re still artificially creative by hyping it everywhere. That is, if they haven’t already forgotten about it themselves and moved on to the newest fad.
