What am I doing wrong? I really think it is the drainage from the peat moss plant I didn’t put any holes at the bottom will I bring it back or should I do ?

If the tips are curling down it is probably over watering. Drill some holes in the bottom of your container so it allows for some drainage

IMHO, what you describe is often called taco-ing.
have you ever seen tree leaves that fold up and show their underside ?
that i an indication that they are over watered and the leaves turn up to show that transpiration is being blocked.
Try mixing in some coco after you pot in drain holes
