Yeah if it shuts off and has to restart it seems to over heat on restart and causes burnt flavour… Also I use the middle temp on the settings… I think it’s 140F or so…

You can get a gel cap filling tray makes it much easier and faster
It’s way too slow lol I cant fill much more than 300 a day without the tray but can probably do a thousand or two with a tray

I may still have one in storage, I usually make chocolate or caramels or suckers.i make great chocolate;)
