What about these? Im got some so i could add a trellis to the hydro grow. Then you could use hose clamps to hold them to the bars.

Thanks for posting that picture of the pvc clamp! I just realized that I could cut a 3"W x 14" L pegboard and add broom/mop hangers to it and it should work very well to set it on the corner poles vertically pointed at the plant. I plan on mounting the side light and UVB light next to each other vertically aimed at the plant.
Nice i always find pics to be visually helpful. I take a lot of pics.
Sorry to hear that! He was probably playing with a cell phone. A few years ago a woman was blasting that song by Pink, “Shut up and Drive” while talking on a cell phone and slammed into a car that was stopped at a red light doing 50 mph, an 83 year old man that was a passenger sitting in the back seat of the car she hit died as the police pulled up. It sucked because I was a witness to it, luckily she pled guilty to a reduced manslaughter charge prior to trial and got 16 years. The original charge was 2nd degree murder because her blood test came back positive for meth and she had a previous DUI. Last time I checked she is still in the state prison.
Very nice @nacho151 . She is very thick and green. Really looks good. Lots of buds. Get bigger and bigger. Gonna be nice harvest my friend
.nice the color seems to have got back to the nice green again good save
Nice I just drilled holes in the heat sink and mounted them to the scorp so they move with it and the 260xks I had them just clamped to the heat sinks
Looks a lot better after dark.
Always looking really good @nacho151 . And i am probably mistaken but i thought you vegged 50 days so if the plant is 84 days doesnt it mean it has been flowering 34 or 35 days? If thats true it would just be done with flowering 5 weeks starting on 6th.
Forgive me if im wrong. Either way its only a week off on my part and a great plant!
Hey @nacho151 i was wondering about maybe turning my 1000 down to 600 this grow but using side lighting and was wondering what you use? It would be great to have your experience. Thank you…
I’ve seen some use ac infinity side lights. Kits weren’t real expensive and from my memory he was super pleased with the outcome running them
I’m running the IONBEAM S16, Full Spectrum LED Supplemental Grow Light Bars as the side lights. This is the first time I’ve used them, so far I’m thinking they are really good and I really like them. If you want to the intensity of output can be changed with the controller. The max output is 40 watts and will raise the ppfd 20 to 40 with the overhead lights on. I was surprised that even as bushy as my plant got it still was able to get light to the bottom and center of the plant. This is the first time I ever had a kola form near the bottom of the plant. I’ve been using side lights in my grow for a while and it definitely improves grows. I run the intensity of the par using this as a guide. It seems to work for me. Day 84 is how long they been in the tent and I flipped to flower on 6 Oct. according to my notes. I just realized that the chart for flowering is wrong for flowering, it should have a ppfd of 800 to 1000.
Here is a throw back picture of one of my supplemental light setups when I used to grow multiple plants in a tent. It gave light to the center of my plants in the crowd.
The guy I know runs these side lights I wanna say he stuck Velcro in the tent and just sticks the lights to that. Has 2 bars on each side of tent and 4 bars in back on wall. Makes the tent look wicked cool seeing all the lights if I come across his pic and remember I’ll bring it here for u to scope out.
These lights have magnets on the ends. I have zip tie around them so they won’t slowly slide down the pole. Lol! @acoupleofleaves on his Maui Wowie thread appears to be using them also. I’m not sure but his might be the S11 Ionbeam. Basically the same lights just different lengths. @HostileHippie420 is using them also.
