Changed out the soil to happy farmer after realizing i made errors on the local organic being far to dry from my lack of knowledge discoverung this stunted growth going into fourth week.These pics
Tiny plants in large pots are hard not to over-water, that will be your biggest challenge at this point, need to let the soil dry up between watering and not keep it wet.
Is it just my eyes…(old) lol…is a too strong flash or are they albino white? I’ve seen pale green, but nothing like this and they were still standing !

Yes the soil i started with i didnt soak through only had the top wet so they never really started there roots.
