I am having an extremely hard time finding actual legitimate information on what the law concerning seed purchase is for Oklahoma. Articles from 2018 showed that all marijuana including seed had to be bought and sold in state, but now I either find somewhat conflicting information now, flat out bullshit rumors or no info at all. The phone for OMMA has been suspended indefinitely to deal with the influx of applications, so there is seemingly no where to get bonified information. Any help would be appreciated. I know there are plenty of places bringing in seed from out of state, I just want to make sure when it’s time to harvest my seed to sale is correct.
