Can anyone tell me whether it’s good or bad to find a seed from your female plant and would this seed be considered a good gene if it came from really good genes it’s self ?

Well no and yes. It will have tendency to hermie. It doesnt mean its bad genes necessarily. Could be stress related. I wouldnt start a breeding program with it or anything. Grow it…sometimes the hermie skips gens. I grown some really good bag seed from dispensary weed like 5 times. Every one made good weed. Very few issues but some did have hermies like the original mothers. I just chopped them up and throw em out.

Its worth trying the seeds, you might be pleasantly surprised with the strain. Label them and hang on to a seeds couple. But like @PreyBird1 says keep an eye on them producing hermies and throw them away if thats the case. Happy growing.
