Strange things a foot in my backyard

Well here is a couple plants from

my backyard I have a project gone weird on me and it has started re-vegging and not 10’ over she is starting to flower? They were clones that were put in planters to hold maybe run it again. It’s killer sativa. No autos here. Any thoughts?

The darker areas and leaf damage in the first picture look alot like botrytis ( bud rot). The second picture looks more like the start of flower then reveg but a second opinion can’t hurt

The first pic seems to have spider webs around the bud.
What are you using for pest control?

Yes she has been neglected and began to re veg but my other “real” plant outdoor 10’ away is going into flower?

The different flower times could be strain or pheno dependant, some will start and finish flowering much earlier then others under the same conditions especially outdoors vs indoors where the the daylight hours shorten naturally vs the sudden flip typical of indoor cultivation.
