I figured Texas would be one of the last states to go medical - hopefully this bill makes it through!

If it does go through, we’ll have the top 5 most-populous states in the Union with medicinal cannabis. Texas is the second most populous state in the Union.

Reminds me of a joke about Texas. When Alaska joined the union, Texas complained that it was now only the second largest state (by square footage) in the US. Alaska told Texas to shut up or else it would split itself in two and make Texas the third largest state
