I hosted a bluegrass event several years ago. 3 bands played, about 1 hour before the main act started an amish bearded man walked in with a banjo and was the lead singers fathers friend. He sat down on a chair and started strumming and played. It was an epic evening. Here is the poster I promoted.

love me some Dead South. first song i heard and fell in love with was In Hell I’ll Be Good Company, and i’ve been hooked ever since. not many bands are as good live as recorded, but i gotta say… DS live is epic.
