When do you typically harvest? Like Morning, noon or night?

Let me ask this, I’m real busy at work most days and I’ve been aiming to chop Kardes but I’m scared to do it at night when she’s sleeping I wouldn’t wanna give her a stroke if you know what I mean.
Like I need to do it now. But yeah major dilemma.

Well most indoor growers put them in 48hrs of darkness then chop so I’d say harvest at night imo
