I would say on the first set of pics, another 2 weeks, maybe a week if you have a jewelry loupe that would help you out even more by looking at the trics on the buds, not the sugar leaves.
That also depends on what kind of high you want, the more amber the more couch-lock effect, all clear, not really a high at all, all milky a really good head high.
Most people like at the least 10-20 % amber, but, the choice is up to you.
The second set of pics look done to me, The 3rd set of pics looks like another week
I would also wait for others opinions as I am a bit rusty on this, but your plants look really nice, good job.
