I started sealing the wooden stands with cutting board oil and sealant. I wanted something food grade because part of the stand sits above the reservoir. I’m doing good grade mineral oil coat and than beeswax/oil sealant

I got the shop press setup and did a test press to make sure everythings working. The Cement Shoes is on day 46F
