Would fix so many problems if they fixed loop holes that allowed people to ship money over seas to tax shelters (Panama, Bermuda, ect) . Something like 70 billion a year of revenue being lost according to “the panama papers”.

Right? It’s not like scientists, farmers, and researchers are the wealthiest individuals on the planet trying to escape taxation or something.
