No clue, used to be 100 bucks for 100lbs, now its 150. Big jump.

Looking great, sorry about the price jump, has not happened in my neck of the woods, but seems like everything is just doubling in price these days. Hope you able to find a cheaper source for CO2.

That price spike is rough. I’ve noticed the same trend creeping in around here too. Some local suppliers are blaming it on higher demand from greenhouses and general inflation. It might be worth checking with beverage supply companies or welding gas distributors near Chicago, sometimes they have better rates on CO2 tanks than the hydro stores.

hydro store is like 100 bucks for 35lbs, crazy high, I called every place in the phone book and online about 8 months ago and the cheapest was a fire extinguisher co2 refill place, owner confronted me last time also when I filled asking me what am I doing with all this co2 I’ve been buying. (I have 4 35lbs and 7 20lb tanks) Since it was pretty far from my house, pick up fill the tanks when I visit my mom, told him straight out I’m using it for growing cannabis, and offered to show him my medical card and he kind of looked at me with contempt. So, I might have been moving on anyway… Might still use them for hydro testing, think they charged me 15 bucks a tank.

Just walked in my house, smell is taking over, last day for co2 is Sunday, yeah buddy… Will be starting the next round in 10 days or so, all 4 will be phylos genetics, seem to work well with my system.
