What's wrong with these leaves?

My plants started showing these speckles on the leaves right from the beginning when the first leaves where formed. Anyone who wants to make a guess about what this might indicate?

You might dial back the nutes during its baby timetable.

looks over nute’d to me. let it work itself out, i think it’d be fine. here’s a couple charts for over/under nutrients:
