When are they ready for harvest?

Hi all - we are newish to Hemp/cana is growing having only got our liscense just over a year ago, we have some plants outdoors which really arent doing that great to be honest, but these guys are inside and are auto flowering, never got to this stage before and dont want to loose what we have as they are high CBD content with little to no HTC, purely medicinial - can anyone tell me:

  1. Are they meant to turn brownish and

    leaves come off?

  2. When will they be ready to harvest and how will we know?

This is bud rot. You need more airflow in and around bud. You need to cut this out and try to get better airflow in you dense bud areas.

Sorry about your bud rot, and as @Slym3r , try and clean the plant up by cutting it out, yellowing leaves etc and that should save your plant. Welcome to GN and hope to help you out.
