I need some assistance. I have been asked to participate in a webinar in May and the topic is “Are You Prepared? Health & Safety Compliance in the Cannabis Industry Webinar”. There are 3 people on the panel, a Lawyer, an OSHA specialist and Me the Insurance person.
They will be discussing OSHA requirement and I will be talking about Workers Compensation. However, I would like to have some specific cannabis related workers compensation claims. I was hoping to hear from you about any real world claims or issues that you have had. Please understand, I will not be referencing any company specifically, but as you all can appreciate this discuss will be more beneficial for the participants if we have real world claims.

While in our 20 year company history,we have had more than our share of workers comp claims, we have not seen any cannabis specific claims to date. I would really appreciate your assist. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this. Hope to hear from you soon.
